    Returns & Exchanges

    • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

    • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

    • Perishable or custom-made products are non-returnable, except in cases of damage or defect.


    Damaged or Incorrect Items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with a description and photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

    How to Start a Return: Email us at hcfarmstead@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return. We’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.

    RefundsRefunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

    Shipping Methods & Delivery: We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


    Local Pickup / Local Delivery: Local pickup or delivery options will be available at checkout. Instructions for pickup or delivery will be sent after your order is confirmed.


    Shipping Areas: We currently ship within the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us directly.


    Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.


    Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
